Terms of service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Who provides the service
Dimmi Tutto is provided by Roberto Collura, Strada Casanova 5, 42024 Castelnovo di Sotto (RE), Italy. Italian tax code CLLRRT80L10H223G. Contact: collu1980collu@gmail.com.
2. Scope
Dimmi Tutto is voice dictation software for Windows and Android. These terms cover use of the application, the website and the subscription plans.
3. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application. The software is not sold: it remains the property of its owner. You may not resell it, decompile it, or distribute modified versions, except where the law permits regardless.
4. Subscription and payment
- Creating an account entitles you to seven days of free trial, up to 5,000 dictated words, with no payment method and without entering into any subscription contract. When it ends, the managed dictation service stops automatically.
- The subscription costs €9.90 per month or €99.00 per year.
- Every new subscription includes a seven-day trial. Your payment method is registered when you sign up, but the first charge is only taken at the end of the trial.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period until cancelled.
- Published prices include VAT.
- Cancellation is done from your account area and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Cancel within the seven-day trial and nothing is charged.
- Sales are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as seller towards the end customer.
5. Usage limits
Plans with a quota state a word limit per period. Usage that plainly exceeds ordinary personal or professional use, or that is generated automatically, may lead to the service being restricted, with prior notice.
6. Availability
Offline features do not depend on us and remain usable even if our systems go down. Cloud features depend on third-party providers and may be interrupted. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
7. Artificial intelligence and accuracy
Dimmi Tutto works through artificial intelligence systems: speech is transcribed and the text polished by automated models, with no human involvement. You are informed of this here and on every page of the site that describes the product.
No speech recognition system is infallible. You should re-read the text produced before using it in any context where a mistake could have consequences.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes the rights the law gives consumers.
9. Changes
Any material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to users with an active subscription.
10. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers may still bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence or domicile.
