Terms of service
Draft · to be completed before going live
Technical draft, not approved legal text. The highlighted parts need filling in, and the whole thing needs checking before you start selling.
1. Who provides the service
Dimmi Tutto is provided by name or company name, address, VAT number. Contact: email address.
2. Scope
Dimmi Tutto is voice dictation software for Windows and Android. These terms cover use of the application, the website and the subscription plans.
3. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application. The software is not sold: it remains the property of its owner. You may not resell it, decompile it, or distribute modified versions, except where the law permits regardless.
4. Plans and payment
- The free plan is available with no expiry, within the limits stated on the site.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of the chosen period until cancelled.
- Published prices include VAT for consumers in the European Union.
- Cancellation is done from your account area and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
- Sales are handled by payment provider, acting as seller towards the end customer.
5. Usage limits
Plans with a quota state a word limit per period. Usage that plainly exceeds ordinary personal or professional use, or that is generated automatically, may lead to the service being restricted, with prior notice.
6. Availability
Offline features do not depend on us and remain usable even if our systems go down. Cloud features depend on third-party providers and may be interrupted. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
7. Transcription accuracy
No speech recognition system is infallible. You should re-read the text produced before using it in any context where a mistake could have consequences.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes the rights the law gives consumers.
9. Changes
Any material changes will be communicated at least number days in advance to users with an active subscription.
10. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers may still bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence or domicile.
